Opting to start his business independently, without loans or external investments, he devoted his weekends to operating his sole stretch limo, laying the groundwork for what would become a thriving enterprise.

As the business swiftly expanded, Prime Limo evolved into Prime Limo & Car Service, enhancing its fleet to include luxury sedans and SUVs. This growth was a testament to the owner's steadfast commitment and hard work. After earning his business degree at UNT, the owner poured his entire effort into further expanding the business. This included a larger fleet, a professional team of chauffeurs, and a dedicated reservation and dispatch unit. Identifying a need in Dallas for a reliable, service-focused limo company, he committed to upholding high standards of honesty and customer service, introducing a modern fleet, engaging reservation specialists, and professionally suited chauffeurs.

Prime Limo was prompt in responses, fast quote and setting up my reservation was easy. Great communication for the whole experience! I rented the unique Blue GMC Lone Star truck and it was so stunning! ✨️✨️ But, all the stars definitely deserve to go to my chauffeur, Matthew!!! He made our experience amazing! This was our first experience in a limo, for some of us, and it couldn't have been any more perfect than it was. We were celebrating my dad's 70th Birthday, going to the Texas Ranger game. Matthew did over the top service to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and helped us in any way he could. Great communication the whole time, very respectful, wonderful driving, loved the interaction he gave us all and he was simply amazing! I definitely would want him as my chauffeur again the next time I rent a limo with y'all! 20 stars 🌟 Thanks again for the whole experience Prime Limo and Matthew!! Best Limo/party bus experience I've had. The limo was incredible outside and even better interior. Just the vibe i wanted to create for my boys bachelor party. Matthew our chauffeur was great. He stayed extra time with us. If I ever need another limo, I'm calling Prime every time!

First time using a car service to plan our trip to and from the airport. The online scheduling was a breeze. Javier took us to the airport and Dale picked us up. Both were absolute professionals, great communicators and helpful in assisting with information regarding the airport. I thought the cost was reasonable. I’ve had Uber rides for the same cost depending on the time of day.The real win is knowing you scheduled a ride and they are going to be there. We have had more than one cancelled ride with Uber for early morning flights. This will be part of any trip we take going forward!

For the past few years, I've used Prime Limo & Car Service for my travel arrangements to/from airports. I've always been pleased with the quality of the service. The automobiles were as advertised and the drivers were always professional and timely. Our most recent trip with Marvin was no different, and it was a nice end to a long day of travel.
