Prime Limo Service excelled for us yet again. Our flight was delayed therefore we arrived at DAL late. Upon arrival, Prime's usual message about the driver and vehicle popped up on my phone. Ray, had been patiently waiting at the pickup location. Once I informed him that we landed, he made sure that we knew that he knew we had to wait for baggage and then traverse DAL to get to the pickup point. I have used this car service multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. On my most recent trip, Javier picked me up at home & dropped me at the airport. He was really great! Additionally, part of my key chain broke off in the car without my seeing it. Javier found it in the car and brought it to me as I was getting in line at the ticket counter! It was so kind of him to do that (as the key chain was a gift from my sister). I would have been really sad to have lost it. This company's customer service is consistently great and always helpful - especially when the airlines do crazy things and cancel multiple flights delaying my trips.For me, it is always worth it to use this company!
