We only monitor inbound flights, it is your responsibility to inform us of a delay for outbound flights.
If passenger requests stops off route, customer is subject to additional charges. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us at 214-256-6725.
Sedan/SUVs: After retrieving luggage, exit the terminal through the nearest door. Your curbside meeting point will be at the blue labeled "Limousine" area (also near blue cones). Once there, look for the Prime Limo logo on the rear windshield of the vehicle. Please note, some terminals this meeting point will be the first row of the parking garage. This is a short walk, on the same level as baggage claim. You chauffeur will contact you upon landing.
If you have selected the "Meet and Greet" service, the chauffeur will meet you inside at baggage claim with a sign with the passenger's name on it. If this service is selected for an international flight, the chauffeur will meet outside of customs instead.
Buses: Meeting point will be the lower level in all terminals.
Sprinters, vans, and limos: Meeting point will be upper level curbside. If your are in Terminal D, meeting point will be lower level.
