Yes we do! We offer this service at both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports at different rates. This service allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside at baggage claim with a sign with their name on it. For an international flight, the chauffeur would meet outside of the customs exit. For Sedans/SUVs, this service would be an additional $15. On our larger units, because they won't fit in the parking garages, this would be $90.

Yes, when the chauffeur is on the way to you and when they arrive you will receive an automated text message with their name, number, make, model, and license plate of the vehicle. You can also request to have that information sent to you earlier via email if you would prefer.
Our limos come with complimentary ice, bottled water, champagne flutes, glassware, cups, and premium napkins. They do also have panels for complete control of music and lighting, and an auxiliary cord is provided as well.
Yes, you can! You can bring any beverages or snacks you would like in the vehicle, and you can even have us purchase it for you ahead of time. We do have a strict NO UNDERAGE DRINKING policy, and if our chauffeur sees it or smells it they can terminate the ride.
Industry standard is usually 15%-20%. For your convenience, we add on our suggested amount to all reservations. This recommended gratuity may be increased, decreased, or eliminated entirely at your discretion.
When booking the reservation you will have to put a credit/debit card on file, which is usually the preferred method of payment. We do also accept cash and checks, cash must be collected before loading the vehicle and checks must be received at least 4 business days prior to the event.

Absolutely! All our regulated chauffeurs are drug tested upon hire and randomly tested as well. We also pull annual motor vehicle records. We have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances.This is in addition to our rigorous in-class and on the road testing before a chauffeur ever picks up a passenger!

In the event that you have an issue with us, please first give us a call 24/7, talk to a live person, and let us resolve any problem you may have. If you are still not satisfied, you can report complaints to the City of Dallas at 3-1-1.

Prime Limo offers competitive SUV and Sedan prices, and we are potentially willing to price match. If you receive a lower price from one of our competitors, please contact Prime Limo's reservations team. We will be happy to review the offer and, for approved comparable providers, match that price to ensure you receive the best value.
Due to the high demand for our stretch limos on Saturday evenings, we limit point-to-point limo reservations to be completed by 3 pm and back in our general area so we can prepare our vehicle and get ready for the next reservation.
Yes, we do. We can do a birthday package for an additional $200 (red carpet, balloons, champagne)

The limos and limo Sprinters come stocked with bottled water, glassware, cups, napkins, and ice. The buses are stocked with bottled water
The rates we provide include all fees. There would only be extra fees if you use more than the scheduled time.
If you use extra time, we would charge at the quoted rate. There would not be a surcharge.

Once you book your reservation, we will send you a 1 page contract to e-sign. Once that is completed, we will charge a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remainder is charged the day before your event.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in a full charge of the remaining balance.
Yes, we carry a $1,000,000 commercial policy and a $5,000,000 policy on our buses.
Every vehicle we have is company owned. We have our own custom plates on each vehicle as well.
