I used Prime Limo Service. Experience overall was great. My driver was name was Cody. On the day of my private car service I received constant updates on where the driver was. Cody arrived early which was good, so I had enough time to get to my terminal. He opened the door and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I had to make a quick pit stop at a CVS, and Cody had no objections and he also offered to go into the shop to get whatever I needed. I would highly recommend this limo service if you want to have a stress free experience. I've already booked my next service and already looking forward to another great experience.

First time using a car service to plan our trip to and from the airport. The online scheduling was a breeze. Javier took us to the airport and Dale picked us up. Both were absolute professionals, great communicators and helpful in assisting with information regarding the airport. I thought the cost was reasonable. I’ve had Uber rides for the same cost depending on the time of day.The real win is knowing you scheduled a ride and they are going to be there. We have had more than one cancelled ride with Uber for early morning flights. This will be part of any trip we take going forward!

Prime Limo Service excelled yet again. The limo pickup location was changed at DAL so we were surprised to find our chauffeur, Pumpi, standing at the bottom of the escalator to meet us. He accompanied us to baggage then led us all the way to the vehicle. This is just the over and above effort that comes from Prime's excellent staff.

I have used Primo's car service to get to D-FW, but this was my first homebound trip. I'd booked at the last minute - literally as I was boarding and the flight arrived almost an hour early, but my driver Michael was there waiting for meHe was professional, but more importantly he was personable. Sometimes you want to talk about your trip and it's nice to have a willing ear.There are other options for getting to and from D-FW airport, but Primo is and remains my preferred choice.

I needed a limo service to DFW because I was traveling with four large suitcases and needed help getting those from curbside to the check-in counter for an overseas flight. The driver, Trae, showed up 10 minutes early, retrieved all of my bags, drove me to the airport and helped me get to check-in. The luxury SUV was spacious and immaculate, Trae was personable and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend Prime Limo - and ask for Trea.

I have used this car service multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. Their customer service is great and always helpful - especially when the airlines let me down and cancel multiple flights delaying my trips. On my most recent trip, Matt picked me up at the airport and was great! I appreciate all of his help and patience with the airline's craziness (baggage claim is always so time-consuming).For me, it is always worth it to use this company!
