I have used this car service multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. On my most recent trip, Javier picked me up at home & dropped me at the airport. He was really great! Additionally, part of my key chain broke off in the car without my seeing it. Javier found it in the car and brought it to me as I was getting in line at the ticket counter! It was so kind of him to do that (as the key chain was a gift from my sister). I would have been really sad to have lost it. This company's customer service is consistently great and always helpful - especially when the airlines do crazy things and cancel multiple flights delaying my trips.For me, it is always worth it to use this company!

Best price for quality transportation from Love Field to Midlothian I found. Gregory was my chauffeur; he was responsive, respectful and a very safe driver. This limo service was so much fun from start to finish! Not only was our limo driver awesome, but the inside of the limo was such a vibe. We got to play whatever music we liked and have our own drinks — and it made it so fun for our friends bday. Will definitely be using Prime Limo again!

Love this car service, always clean, always early, super professional, the drivers all have custom jackets, and even the car themselves have custom plates to easily identify the car. I've been using for a couple of years and they have never let me down!

Fantastic service. I use Prime whenever I need a car service. The vehicles are always immaculately maintained, complimentary water available and the staff (driver) is always professional, courteous and kind. My driver, Richard, was all that and impeccably dressed. I don’t write reviews often but Prime always deserves the shout out.
